• Import duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note: We are often asked by international customers to supply them with a second invoice that shows a lower value of goods purchased. We do not allow this. We are not responsible for an customs fees, taxes or any other Government fees.
• The customer assumes the responsibility for any fees, customs fees, taxes or duties.
• We are not responsible for VAT. The customer assumes the responsibility for VAT.

RETURN POLICY

• All products have a 15 day return period starting from the day you receive your order in the mail.
• Please contact sales@crowshead.com with a return request and request a return authorization number.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping and shipping insurance.
• If returned items are damaged customer will be responsible for claims with the shipper.
• If no insurance is purchased and the item(s) are damaged, there will be no refund.
