Warranty and Returns

Returns Policy for defective warranty claims:

Grayvn Traditional Archery

All finished bows have a 6 month warranty against manufacturers defects ONLY. This 90 day period starts when you receive your order in the mail. Bow Building supplies have no warranty.
Our bows will last a lifetime if properly taken care of.
If the bow fails due to manufacturer's defects within the warranty period, return the item for a replacement or credit towards a new bow.
Please contact crowshead@gmail.com with a warranty claim and request a return authorization number.
We will not warranty a bow against neglect, overdraw, or failure to use bowstringer. We shall be the sole judge of deciding the cause of the failure.

Other Brands

We do not warranty other brands unless they have a specific factory warranty. Customer must contact the factory brand in order to initiate warranty claim.

Bow Building Supplies

Returns Policy for non defective items:

All products have a 15 day return period starting from the day you receive your order in the mail.
Please contact crowshead@gmail.com with a return request and request a return authorization number.
Customer is responsible for return shipping and shipping insurance.
If returned items are damaged customer will be responsible for claims with the shipper.
If no insurance is purchased and the item(s) are damaged, there will be no refund.
